Year End 2023 Bakes & Treats

 Here are a few of my year end tradition bakes,

I didn't see the blemish on this cake earlier. I didn't have time to take a better picture, picture was taken when displayed at a poor lighting at that time. But I want to still capture the picture on the "sisters" drawing on the cake ;)

Sprinkles Cupcakes

Made these cupcakes for Ella's birthday. This is a brand-new recipe I found on Pinterest, and I love this recipe! My taste tester (hubby) says it is really tasty :). Hey, to me when there is this much sugar and sour cream in a recipe, and it's made with love, it always spells great taste!!!

Ingredients:

3 eggs, 2 1/2 cup flour, 2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 vegetable oil, sprinkles.

Instructions:

1. Mix oil and sugar.

2. Add vanilla, then add in one egg at a time and mix well.

3. Mix in sour cream, followed by flour and milk together. Mix well. Add sprinkles.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Rendered 20 cupcakes. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
